This is a simple, 2 Step Process.
First, you'll want to Add the Document/ PDF to your SalesNexus Library.
- Uploading files to your library
The file(s) that you want to link to in your email must be first uploaded to your SalesNexus Library.
To upload file(s) to your SalesNexus Library, please refer to this article: How to Upload files to your SalesNexus Library. - After Uploading the File to your SalesNexus Library, copy the link to your file by clicking Copy
- Next, go into your email template, highlight your text that you want to link to the PDF/Document, and then click the link icon shown below.
- Now, paste in your URL link, and click Ok
Press Ok again, to exit the text box, and you're done! Send a preview to yourself and test the link out.
