This 10-minute walkthrough will help you create your first contact and opportunity in Nexi. By using the AI assistant and core tools, you'll experience how quickly Nexi accelerates your workflow.
Minute 1–2: Dashboard Orientation
Log in and explore the left sidebar to familiarize yourself with core sections.
In the AI panel, enter Show sample data to load demo contacts for testing.
Add a Recent Activities widget to your dashboard’s central panel for quick visibility.
Minute 3–5: Add Your First Contact
Go to Contacts in the sidebar and select + New Contact.

Enter contact details:
Full Name: Test Lead
Email: test@demo.com
Job Title: Decision Maker
Company: Search for an existing company or create a new one
If prompted, add a custom field such as Status: New.
Select Save.
Nexi AI will display goal suggestions—review the recommended ALS-scored matches.
Tip: Use the search bar to find your new contact immediately and confirm creation.
Minute 6–8: Create Your First Opportunity
From your contact’s profile, open the Opportunities tab and select + Create,
or navigate to Opportunities > + New.-
Enter opportunity details:
Title: Demo Deal
Amount: 5000
Goal: Select or create one (example: Drive New Business)
Stage: Initial Contact
Link your contact as the primary relationship
Set the probability (example: 50%) and assign a close date.
Select Save.
In the AI panel, run: Get prob for opportunity 1 to fetch the AI conversion forecast.
Minute 9–10: Add Quick Actions

Create a Task:
In the opportunity, go to Tasks > + Add.Title: Intro Call
Due Date: Today
Save
Send an Email:
In the contact profile, open Emails > Compose.
Add a subject and body, then select Send. This confirms your email integration is working.Ask Nexi for Guidance:
