Opportunities in Nexi represent trackable deals and include AI-powered probability scoring and recommendations. This guide explains how to create, update, and manage opportunities, including linking contacts and goals.
Creating Opportunities
Navigate to Opportunities and select + New,
or open a contact and choose + Link to create a connected opportunity.Enter opportunity details:
Title
Amount and Currency
Goal (select an existing goal or create a new one)
Stage
Add related contacts, designating the primary contact first.
Set the probability and close date.
Select Save. Nexi’s AI tool automatically fetches the initial conversion probability.
Updating Opportunities
Open an opportunity and select Edit to update values such as:

Amount
Goal
Probability (updates may require confirmation)
Use the Contacts tab to add or modify related contacts.
Add multiple contacts using the tool (e.g., by ID).
Assign roles or influence levels for deeper pipeline insight.
Track ongoing progress:
Add notes or upload documents
Use pipeline drag-and-drop to reorganize stages visually
Tip: If probability or scoring seems outdated, request a cache refresh via the AI panel. Linking tasks to opportunities helps maintain momentum and ensures better AI scoring accuracy.
