Opportunities in Nexi represent trackable deals within your Sales pipeline. They connect contacts, goals, stages, and AI-powered probability scoring to help you forecast revenue and manage deal progress effectively.
Creating Opportunities
Step 1: Open the Opportunities Page
Navigate to Opportunities.
Click + New to create a new opportunity.
OROpen a contact record and select Link to create a connected opportunity.
Step 2: Enter Opportunity Details
Complete the required fields:
Title – The name of the deal.
Amount and Currency – The projected value of the opportunity.
Goal – Select an existing Sales Goal or create a new one.
Stage – Choose the pipeline stage where the opportunity should begin.
Step 3: Add Related Contacts
Add one or more contacts to the opportunity.
Designate a Primary Contact first.
Assign additional contacts as needed.
Step 4: Set Timeline and Probability
Enter a Close Date.
Confirm or adjust the Probability (Nexi may suggest an initial value based on AI scoring).
Step 5: Save the Opportunity
Click Save.
Nexi automatically calculates the initial conversion probability based on pipeline data.
Updating Opportunities
Step 1: Edit Core Details
Open the opportunity and click Edit to update:
Stage
Amount
Goal
Probability (changes may require confirmation)
Step 2: Manage Related Contacts
Use the Contacts tab to:
Add multiple contacts (including by ID).
Assign roles or influence levels for improved pipeline insight.
Step 3: Track Progress and Activity
Add notes.
Upload supporting documents.
Move opportunities between stages using drag-and-drop in the pipeline view.
AI Scoring Tip
If probability or scoring appears outdated, request a cache refresh via the AI panel. Keeping contacts properly linked helps maintain accurate scoring and forecasting.
