How to Create a Company Profile

Applies to:  R4 Version

To send emails from SalesNexus you will need to first create a Company Profile.

NOTE:  These steps must be completed by an Administrator

1. Go to Settings > Email> Company Profile
2. Fill in all of the fields with the requested information, see screenshot:
   
   Social links will be repopulated at the top of your email template if you enter your profile links and select the "check" below the "Include".
3. In the lower section of the Company Profile editor you have the option of uploading your company logo, which will appear in your email templates 
   
   When uploading your logo, the system will Automatically choose some complimentary colors from your logo and allow you to choose colors for the predefined email template.
4. When you are done editing your Company Profile click the "Save" button
