How to take a screenshot (Mac)

Applies to:  Apple Macintosh computers

1. Open the program or website you want to take a screenshot of
2. Press the command + shift + 4 keys together
3. You will get a cursor that looks like "Crosshairs" with a circle in the middle
4. Click and drag your mouse around the area you want to take a screenshot of, and when finished, release the mouse button
5. Your screenshot is saved by default to your Desktop
6. Send the image to the SalesNexus support staff by replying to your support case, or sending to [e-mail]
