Email templates in SalesNexus allow you to design reusable emails for campaigns, automation, and outreach. Follow the steps below to create a new email template from start to finish.
Step 1: Navigate to Templates and Click Add (+)
From the left-hand navigation menu, click Templates.
At the top of the page, click the + (plus) button to create a new template.
Step 2: Enable Template Mode
In the Campaign Details section, check the box labeled This is a templated campaign.
This ensures the email can be reused as a template.
Step 3: Enter Template Name and Subject
Fill in the following fields:
Template Name – Internal name for organizing templates
Subject – Subject line recipients will see
Step 4: Configure Sender Information
Enter the sender details:
From Name – Displayed sender name
From Alias – Email alias
Tracking Domain – Select the appropriate domain
Step 5: Open the Email Editor
Scroll to the Content section.
This is where you’ll build your email using the drag-and-drop editor.
Step 6: Add Content Blocks
Drag content blocks (Text, Image, Button, etc.) from the right-hand panel into the editor canvas to build your email layout.
Once your email content is complete, click Save in the upper-right corner to store the template.
Step 7: Exit Template Mode for Sending (Optional)
If you plan to send the email immediately, uncheck This is a templated campaign.
This converts the template into a sendable campaign.
Step 8: Set Sending Date and Segmentation
Configure:
Sending Date & Time
Segmentation (choose or create a segment)
Step 9: Send or Save
When everything is ready:
Click Send to launch the campaign
Or click Save to send later
