Learn how to efficiently utilize the OR/Grouping option when creating a new lookup in SalesNexus. This feature enables you to combine multiple OR conditions into a single grouping, streamlining your lookup process.
Important Note: Your existing saved lookups will continue to operate as usual. The OR/Grouping option will automatically be enabled by default when you're creating a new lookup, enhancing your lookup creation experience.
1. Move your cursor over the "Contacts" tab and select "Create Lookup."
2. As depicted in the screenshot below, the system will intelligently group the results according to the criteria you have chosen.
For instance, the condition "Record Manager is equal to SN Staging 1" will group together records where the City contains "Houston" and the State contains "IL".
