Getting your temporary API Key vs. getting your permanent API Key

API key, or Authentication Programming Interface key, is a code used to identify and authenticate an application or user.  

Getting your temporary API key / authorization key

In the API Documentation, go to the API Documentation, go to the API Calls section.

1. Type in your email and password that you use to log into SalesNexus. 

2. Click "Run"

3. Copy the alphanumeric string

When typing in the necessary information, please be sure to type in between the quotations. 

Getting Permanent API Key

To get your permanent API Key please reach out  to SalesNexus Support, they will provide this for you. Please know that you must be the owner of the account to acquire this.
