To be able to set up VoIP in SalesNexus with RingCentral you first need to set up a RingCentral account. You can select the link "need an account" in the RingCentral settings to be directed to set up a new account.
Getting RingCentral Click to Call set up in SalesNexus
Step 1: Log on to your SalesNexus database
Step 2: Click on Settings (the gear button on the top right portion of the navigation bar); then, click on the "My Settings" button
Step 3: Select "Voip Settings" at the bottom of the page
Step 4: Click on "Ring Central" in the options that appear; then, click on "Ring Central Settings" beside it
Step 6: Fill out the form as follows

Calling From should be the Phone that will ring you when placing the call
NOTE: If you are using the RingCentral Soft phone to make the call, make sure your Main number and extension are in the "Calling From" field (example: 8008620134*135) -
Caller ID Number: This needs to be entered exactly as it is displayed in Ring Central
Example: 12813771038 or +1 (281) 377-1038 format - All other fields in the Form need to be Blank, and will be removed from a future release of the SalesNexus platform, since they are currently unused by the RingCentral API.
- Prompt: If you want to be asked by RingCentral through the VOIP phone before a call is made select yes, if you want call to be made immediately select no. YES is the default.
Step 7: Click "save"
You are now ready to begin using Click to Call from your SalesNexus database.
Follow these steps to complete your first call with SalesNexus.
Use RingCentral to complete your first Click to Call in SalesNexus
Step 1: Select a contact you would like to call
Step 2: From the contact record, click "call" next to the number you wish to dial
Step 3: RingCentral will dial you on your VoIP (computer) phone - answer and select 1 to complete the call
NOTE: This requires you to have "Prompt" set to "Yes"
