Please follow these instructions for each User in SalesNexus in order to set up Jive Click to Call:
- Go to X > My Settings
- Choose “Voip” Settings
- Select “Jive” from the radio buttons that appear
- Click on “Jive Settings"
- Fillin in the connection information for your Jive Account
- Click “Save”
Your Jive Client ID will be a set of numbers and letters in the following format:
The process above will need to be followed for each user that needs to make calls using Jive from within SalesNexus.
