Note: Changing user login passwords require administrative rights.
1. Login to your SalesNexus Admin Account.
2. Click the Gear Icon on the upper menu bar of your screen
3. Click on "Manage Users & Security" option.
4. On the left side user listing box, click and highlight the user account that you are wanting to change the password for.
- You'll be able to see all the Users in this Section. Select a user that you want to change the password
- enter the new password in the Password field and Confirm field, make sure the two new passwords entered match each other
- Hit Save
