How to add fields to a Lookup

Applies to:  R4 Version

First you will need to create a Lookup.  See How to Search using a Lookup

1. Go to Tools > Select Columns
   
2. Choose the fields from the "Available Fields" and move them to the right using the Arrows
   
3. Click Save
