Sending personalized emails with attached PDFs or images can enhance your communication strategy. Follow these simple steps to attach files to your single email template and ensure that your message stands out.
Step 1: Select the Contact and Access Email Templates
Begin by navigating to the contact to whom you want to send a single email with an attachment. Locate the email address, and beside it, you will find the "Email Template" button. Refer to the screenshot below for visual guidance.
Step 2: Choose Single Email Campaign
Click on the "Email Template" button, and a dropdown menu will appear. Select the "Single Email Campaign" option by clicking on the dropdown arrow.
Step 3: Access Attachment Options
Once you've chosen the email template, search for the "Add / Remove Attachment(s), Update Template" option, and click on it. This action will reveal the "Upload Document" button.
Step 4: Upload Your File
Click on the "Upload Document" button, and a file selection window will appear. Choose the file you wish to attach, and after selecting it, click on the "Attach File" button.
Step 5: Review and Send
Ensure that the attached PDF or image is visible. Proofread your email to guarantee accuracy. Once satisfied, click on the "Send Email" button to dispatch your message along with the attachments.
Step 6: Confirm Delivery and Access Attachments
To verify that your email has been sent with the attached files, go back to the contact's profile. Click on "Notes" on the right side of the screen, and there you will find a record of the email you sent, including any attached documents.
