How to Copy an Email Template - Creating a Duplicate Email Template

Ever have the perfect email template that you have perfected and all you want is to just copy it, change a few things and then send out? No problem!

Here's how to Duplicate an Email Template in SalesNexus

First, navigate to Campaigns > Email Templates > My Templates and then choose the template you want to copy.

Click Edit to open the template in the editor.

Next, navigate to Actions on the upper left hand size of the editor and choose Save As Template

A window will pop up asking what you want the name of your new, copied template to be.

Name it, and click Save.

That's it! Once you've saved, you'll be popped into the new template to make your changes to your new, copied email template. 

Later, when you save and close, you'll see the new template on your My Templates page.
