Efficiently merge your sales communications with SalesNexus using the Mail Merge feature on Sales Opportunities. Follow these straightforward steps to seamlessly integrate personalized Sales Quote Templates into your workflow.
Step 1: Create Sales Templates
Begin by logging into your SalesNexus Account. Navigate to the "Campaigns" section in the top menu and click on "Email Templates." This will lead you to a selection of available templates.
Step 2: Design Sales Quote Template
Choose a design that suits your needs, and from the "Email Template" Dropdown arrow, select "Sales Quote Template." Enter your desired Sales Quote Name and click the "Submit" button to create your template.
Step 3: Edit and Personalize
Once your "Sales Quote Template" is loaded, initiate the editing process. Utilize the "Merge Tags" button to begin the Sales Merge process. Click on "Mail Merge Tags" to access the "Add Sales Field" option, allowing you to select the specific Sales Fields you want to incorporate. After completing the edits, click "Save."
Step 4: Access Sales Opportunities
Navigate to the "Opportunities" tab in your SalesNexus account and click on "View Opportunities."
Step 5: Initiate Sales Mail Merge
Choose the contact you want to initiate the Mail Merge. Locate "Sales Opportunity Layout" and, next to it, find the "Dropdown Arrow." Select "Mail Merge Templates" from the options.
Step 6: Preview Your Sales Quote Template
To ensure accuracy, preview the Sales Quote Template by clicking the "Preview" button. Once satisfied, proceed to the next step.
Step 7: Select and Send
Click on the "Email Template" button, then choose the Sales Quote Template or Campaign you created. After proofreading and making final edits, click "Send Email" to dispatch the personalized communication.
Step 8: Confirm Delivery and Sales Quote Review
To verify that your email has been sent, go back to the contact's profile. Click on "Notes" on the right side of the screen, and there you will find a record of the email you sent, including any attached documents.
