To verify that an Email Campaign has been scheduled properly, use the following steps:
- Go to Campaigns > View Campaigns
- View the Campaign you scheduled
- From the "Opens" Menu, choose "Contacts with Pending Emails (Queued)"
- From the "Make Lookup..." menu, choose "Make all X Contact(s) Lookup"
- View one of the Contacts from the Lookup
- Select the "Activities" tab from the Right hand layout view
- Look for an email Icon with the subject line from your email campaign
- If the start time is incorrect you can stop the campaign and reschedule it to the correct time. See How to Stop an Email Campaign
